Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kubisa LLC ("we", "us") handles your information when you use Arbitrage Stalker and this website. We keep it simple: we collect what we need to run the Service, and we never sell your data.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide, such as your name and email.
• Billing information, processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Service data you create, such as the seller storefronts, searches, and leads you track.
• Usage and device data, such as pages visited and basic analytics, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications you send us, such as support emails.

How we use it

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send you service messages and, if you opt in, marketing or deal updates.
• To measure site performance and conversion, and to secure the Service.

Service providers we share with

We share limited data with vetted providers who help us run the Service, including:

• Our payment processor, to handle subscriptions.
• Third-party data providers, to help source publicly available product data.
• Hosting and analytics providers (for example, our hosting platform and PostHog for product analytics and session recordings).
• Advertising and measurement tools (such as the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag) if you reach us through an ad, to measure campaigns.
• Email and CRM tools, to deliver communications you've requested.
• Our other brands, The Scaling Society and OAList, as described under Cookies and tracking.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and (where applicable) advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We use PostHog to see how you use the site and app. Through it we log the pages you view and the features you use, and we link that activity to your account. We may record sessions to find and fix usability problems. In those recordings we hide what you type, and we leave out pages that show credentials or your Amazon account connection.

We run three brands: Arbitrage Stalker, The Scaling Society (ngunza.com) and OAList (oalist.com), and we keep one record of your visits across all three. This site gives your browser a random ID in a cookie named as_aid. Each time you open a page, we log that ID, the page, what sent you (an ad, a video, an email or another site), your IP address, and your browser and device type. A link from one of our sites to another carries a coded copy of the ID when you click it, so we know both IDs belong to the same browser. Once you sign up, we connect the ID to your account and add your logins, product use and payments to the same record. We use it to learn which videos, posts and sites bring people to us, and to keep each brand's sales separate. We keep it on our own servers and don't sell it, and we delete the raw IP addresses in it after 90 days.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise these, email us. You can also cancel and export your data from your dashboard.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS in transit. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe. See our Security page.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
